The Pole-Wrap is really easy to use... It really finished off our basement... the pole beam in the middle of the room really took away from all the remodeling we did down there and the Pole-Wrap gave the room a finished look! Highly recommended. view full testimonial

"I got these to accent the upgrades to my basement. I got the wood pole wrap, cap and base, and this table (Drink Shelf) all from same company. These are great, solid wood construction that took stain well and turned a nice rich color, and went up really simple." [review from homedepot.com website] view full testimonial

nyc2ues: pics don't do it justice Home Depot review

The pictures online for the product don't do it justice once painted. Our ugly lally column has now become an "architectural" design element now that it looks like an antiqued column. Even simple white paint makes it look so much better. I'm going to buy a couple more to hide hot water pipes for the radiators. It was really easy to install and even my contractor was surprised how good it looked. view full testimonial

Excellent Product. The design is in such a manner that makes for easy installation and, the instructions are spot-on. If you're not leaning toward spending a great deal of money for [column covers], this is the way to go. I was hesitant at first because I wanted a more traditional look. However, it would have required them to be custom made because odd lengths. This particular pole wrap provides the flexibility for the user to make simple modifications to fit a multitude of lengths. "I have hated the support pole in my family room for 30 years.  With your product, it has gone from the worst element in the room to the best.  It's just beautiful. Something others might consider - because of colors in the room, I took a dark brown permanent marker and "painted" the grooves before using two coats of polyurethane.  The effect was terrific and give the pole a very rich, custom look.  (See our Photo Gallery for Lisa’s pics) The installa view full testimonial

“Very good product that works as advertised. As the instructions say, “Take time to flex each panel so it will conform to pole surface" I missed a few and rather than being perfectly round it now has a few flat spots. Not noticeable unless you rub your hands on it.  Pros: Easy to Install, Stylish, Good Shape” [review from homedepot.com website] view full testimonial

“Just what I needed! I needed something to hide support beams in my basement. This product was just what I needed to finish out my basement project.I wanted something to maximize my living space, but have a finished look to it. The wrap was very easy to install, had to modify the caps but that was due to raising the ceiling height to again maximize space in basement. Overall, really good, inexpensive option to “boxing” in support beams.” [review from homedepot.com website view full testimonial

“I'm not one to write a review, But this is a really nice product and wanted everyone to know, I used this in my basement on a 3" metal pole. You must first bend each piece so that it wraps around the pole nicely. I used liquid nail to hold it to the pipe, (do not get glue on wood if you are going to stain), and used painters tape to hold in place till glue was dry, I would not use tape again as the glue from tape stuck to the pole. Maybe plastic tie strips next time. added top an view full testimonial

"I also purchased the pole wrap that goes around the pole prior to attaching the Base and Cap. Both were very easy to install. I had a faux painter come in and paint it to look like marble and it turned out beautifully. It was a great added feature to an overall “facelift" that we gave to our family room. “Wrap MDF on a pole!?!?!?! Cut to width with a utility knife, cut to height with any power saw! Seal it, paint it, add the trim rings top and bottom and what a finished look to an old grey basement beam pole! Unbeatable look, great quality, easy to install. Make sure you crack each seam to get a round effect, and make sure to liquid nail all the way to the edges for a tight fit to the pole. I wrapped mine with bungee cords and let it dry overnight, perfect! Pros High quality, Durable, easy view full testimonial
